康斯特(300445.SZ)及子公司擬使用合計不超1.8億元自有資金及閒置募集資金進行現金管理
格隆匯3月23日丨康斯特(300445.SZ)公佈,為合理利用閒置資金,進一步提高運營資金的使用效率,降低公司綜合財務成本,在確保資金安全、保證公司日常經營不受影響的前提下,公司於2022年3月23日召開的第五屆董事會第十三次會議審議通過了《關於使用自有資金及閒置募集資金進行現金管理的議案》,同意公司及其子公司使用合計不超過人民幣不超過8000萬元的閒置募集資金及不超過1億元的自有閒置資金進行現金管理,在額度範圍內資金可以滾動使用。使用期限自公司董事會決議通過之日起一年內有效,並授權公司管理層具體實施相關事宜。
