珠江船務(00560.HK):2021年全年純利下跌11.5%至4407.4萬港元 末期息2港仙
格隆匯3月23日丨珠江船務(00560.HK)公佈2021年全年業績,集團年內錄得綜合營業額為22.68億港元,較去年上升22.3%;經營業務溢利為1.31億港元,較去年上升62.1%;受非經營性疫情補助大幅減少影響,股東應占溢利為4407.4萬港元,較去年下跌11.5%;擬派末期股息每股普通股2港仙。
2021年,持續不斷的新冠病毒疫情對集團的整體業績構成重大不利影響。因應政府有關疫情管控的要求,除蛇口至香港國際機場客運航線保持每天兩至三個單程航次外,其他的跨境水路客運航線仍保持停航狀態,因此集團跨境客運及其相關輔助業務仍面臨巨大的經營壓力。受惠於集團香港的綜合物流及本地渡輪業務的增長,因此減低了跨境客運及其相關輔助業務大幅減少的衝擊,令集團有較穩定的溢利。
