中港石油(00632.HK)預期2021年淨利約1.478億港元
格隆匯3月22日丨中港石油(00632.HK)公吿,集團預期於2021年財政年度錄得公司股東應占溢利淨額約1.478億港元,而截至2020年12月31日止財政年度公司擁有人應占溢利淨額約為870萬港元。
預期溢利淨額增加乃主要歸因於(i)石油及石油相關產品銷售大幅增加,帶動集團於2021年財政年度收益及毛利較2020年財政年度業績增加逾100%;(ii)2021年財政年度的行政開支因加強集團行政成本控制措施而減少逾20%;及(iii)物業、廠房及設備以及無形資產減值虧損撥回約1.11億港元。
就應收款項及石油及天然氣分部現金產生單位(包括油氣資產及無形資產)最終減值撥回金額而言,仍須根據評估結果予以調整,終將會影響到本集團於2021年財政年度溢利淨額。
