未來發展控股(01259.HK)預期2021年税後淨虧損8300萬元-8900萬元
格隆匯3月21日丨未來發展控股(01259.HK)公吿,公司管理層預期,集團截至2021年12月31日止年度的税後淨虧損將會上升。公司估計,截至2021年12月31日止年度,集團的税後淨虧損將介於約人民幣8300萬元至人民幣8900萬元,而集團於截至2020年12月31日止年度則錄得税後淨虧損約人民幣3790萬元。
基於董事會現時可得資料,集團業績出現虧損乃主要由於(i)抗疫產品及個人護理產品行業市場競爭加劇,導致來自個人護理產品分部的收益減少;(ii)製造成本提高而成本增量未能有效轉移予客户,以至個人護理產品分部的毛利率降低;及(iii)由於全球證券市場波動,證券投資業務蒙受損失。
