正泰電器(601877.SH)：就推進整縣屋頂分佈式光伏開發試點工作與多地相關政府部門簽署合作框架協議
格隆匯3月21日丨正泰電器(601877.SH)公佈，為加快實現“共同富裕”發展戰略、助力國家“雙碳”目標和全面推進“鄉村振興”，公司控股子公司浙江正泰安能電力系統工程有限公司(“正泰安能”)就推進整縣屋頂分佈式光伏開發試點工作與多地相關政府部門簽署了合作框架協議，共同推進居民屋頂分佈式光伏電站項目開發，涉及簽約裝機容量合計約1623MW，具體簽署情況如下：
(一)正泰安能與河北省滄州市、邯鄲市、邢台市、衡水市、秦皇島市、保定市6市的下屬21個鄉鎮人民政府簽署《戰略合作框架協議》，共同推進居民屋頂分佈式光伏電站項目開發。在未來3年內，圍繞上述21個鄉鎮(街道)所在轄區內的分佈式光伏市場，集中整鎮、整村開發建設分佈式光伏電站，合計簽約裝機容量約750MW。
(二)正泰安能與山東省濟寧市、菏澤市、聊城市3市的下屬合計27個鄉鎮人民政府簽署《戰略合作框架協議》，共同推進居民屋頂分佈式光伏電站項目開發。在未來3年內，圍繞上述27個鄉鎮(街道)所在轄區內的分佈式光伏市場，集中整鎮、整村開發建設分佈式光伏電站，合計簽約裝機容量約567MW。
(三)正泰安能與河南省信陽市、平頂山市、駐馬店市、商丘市、南陽市5市的下屬15個鄉鎮(街道)人民政府簽署《戰略合作框架協議》，共同推進居民屋頂分佈式光伏電站項目開發。在未來3年內，圍繞上述15個鄉鎮(街道)所在轄區內的分佈式光伏市場，集中整鎮、整村開發建設分佈式光伏電站，合計簽約裝機容量約251MW。
(四)正泰安能與山西省晉中市、呂梁市、長治市、陽泉市4市的下屬10個鄉鎮人民政府簽署《戰略合作框架協議》，共同推進居民屋頂分佈式光伏電站項目開發。在未來3年內，圍繞上述10個鄉鎮所在轄區內的分佈式光伏市場，集中整鎮、整村開發建設分佈式光伏電站，合計簽約裝機容量約55MW。
此次合作框架協議的簽署，有助於加快實現“共同富裕”戰略，符合國家“雙碳”目標和全面推進“鄉村振興”，是公司踐行國家能源局“千鄉萬村沐光行動”、整縣屋頂分佈式光伏開發試點工作的有益嘗試，將進一步發揮公司户用屋頂分佈式業務優勢，促進公司相關業務的推進實施，符合公司的長期發展戰略。
