钢研高纳(300034.SZ):拟向控股股东申请2亿元委托贷款
格隆汇3月18日丨钢研高纳(300034.SZ)公布,公司根据公司控股股东中国钢研科技集团有限公司(“中国钢研”或“集团公司”)整体战略部署和公司“十四五”战略规划,持续聚焦主业,大力发展培育核心业务,积极推进关键技术和关键设备的研发、生产,计划建设国际一流的高温合金、铝镁钛轻质合金生产基地,为保证公司建设研发所需资金,公司拟向集团公司申请2亿元的委托贷款,期限不超过一年。
