格隆匯3月15日丨金徽酒(603919.SH)公佈,為開拓青海市場,進一步提升品牌競爭力和影響力,公司全資子公司蘭州銷售公司於2020年4月21日出資組建青海銷售公司,註冊資本350萬元,其中:蘭州銷售公司出資150萬元,佔註冊資本的42.86%。為聚焦資源,有效把握青海發展市場,進一步擴大銷售區域,公司擬通過蘭州銷售公司對青海銷售公司增資650萬元,增資完成後,蘭州銷售公司出資額佔青海銷售公司註冊資本的80.00%,青海銷售公司將成為公司的控股孫公司。
