國家統計局:房地產下行態勢得到了減緩
格隆匯3月15日丨國家統計局新聞發言人付凌暉15日在新聞發佈會上指出,去年以來,受多重因素影響,房地產市場出現了一定的下行態勢。但是從今年的情況來看,在各方面的共同努力下,持續穩地價、穩房價、穩預期,房地產市場運行狀況出現了積極變化。房地產下行態勢得到了減緩。從房價指數來看,1月份70個大中城市住宅銷售價格指數雖然環比下降,但降幅在收窄。《政府工作報告》也提到,要進一步推動堅持房住不炒,堅持推動穩地價、穩房價、穩預期,構建房地產發展的長效機制,加快推進房地產發展“租購併舉”,進一步滿足商品房市場正常需求,我們相信房地產市場平穩發展還是有基礎、有條件的。
