上週樓市整體成交下行 上海環比下降25.5%
格隆匯3月14日丨據中指研究院最新數據顯示,上週樓市整體成交量下降,各線代表城市同環比均下降。分城市來看,二線代表城市環比降幅大於一、三線代表城市。監測城市庫存總量整體上升,北京升幅最大。數據顯示,上週一線城市整體成交環比下降12.8%,上海降幅較大,約爲25.5%;廣州居其次,降幅爲15.2%。同比來看,樓市整體成交下降,降幅爲50.2%。其中,上海降幅較大,約爲53.6%;深圳居其次,降幅爲51.6%。
