3月11日訊，金融界3月11日消息，達達集團董事會批準了一項股票回購計劃，授權其在未來12個月內以ADS的形式回購價值高達7000萬美元的普通股。該公司希望從現有的現金餘額中爲回購提供資金。此前達達發佈了2021年第四季度及全年業績報告，數據顯示，2021年第四季度總營收爲20億元人民幣，可比口徑下同比增長80%。達達快送平臺營收7億元人民幣，可比口徑下同比增長81%；京東到家平臺營收13億人民幣，同比增長80%。2021年總營收爲69億元人民幣，可比口徑下同比增長78%。2021年，京東到家營收41億元人民幣，同比增長80%；達達快送營收28億元人民幣，可比口徑下同比增長83%。2021年，京東到家平臺GMV爲431億元人民幣，年活躍消費者6230萬。據艾瑞諮詢，2021年，京東到家平臺在商超O2O行業的市場份額提升至27%。
3月1日，交銀國際：維持京東集團-SW(09618)“買入”評級，目標價403港元。2月23日，美銀證券：重申京東健康(06618)“買入”評級，目標價削40.7%至80港元。2月15日，2月恆指季調前瞻：行業覆蓋度和市況影響權重更高，農夫山泉(09633)仍最具躋身藍籌潛力。
