山東路橋(000498.SZ)：子公司等中標臨滕高速、高商高速、小許家至遙牆機場高速等項目
格隆匯3月11日丨山東路橋(000498.SZ)公佈，2021年12月，山東高速路橋集團股份有限公司下屬山東省路橋集團有限公司(簡稱“路橋集團”)等子公司經公開招投標分別被確定為臨沂至滕州公路工程(簡稱“臨滕高速”)、高青至商河公路工程(簡稱“高商高速”)、濟南繞城高速東線小許家樞紐至遙牆機場段改擴建工程(簡稱“小許家至遙牆機場高速”)中標單位以及濟南繞城高速小許家至港溝段改擴建工程(簡稱“小許家至港溝高速”)、東營至青州高速公路改擴建工程(簡稱“東青高速”)中標候選人。具體中標情況如下：
1.臨滕高速中標情況。2021年12月，公司子公司路橋集團、山東高速工程建設集團有限公司(簡稱“工程建設集團”)、山東省高速養護集團有限公司(簡稱“養護集團”)、寧夏公路橋樑建設有限公司(簡稱“寧夏公路”)及聊城市交通發展有限公司(簡稱“聊城交發”)分別以獨立中標或組成聯合體中標的方式被確定為臨滕項目中標單位，各子公司及子公司組成的聯合體合計中標金額66.58億元。
2.高商高速中標情況。2021年12月，公司子公司山東省公路橋樑建設集團有限公司(簡稱“公路橋樑集團”)、山東省濱州公路工程有限公司(簡稱“濱州公路”)分別被確定為高商高速中標單位，中標金額31.77億元。
3.小許家至遙牆機場高速中標情況。2021年12月，公司子公司工程建設集團被確定為小許家至遙牆機場高速中標單位，中標金額13.46億元。
4.小許家至港溝高速中標情況。2021年12月，公司子公司工程建設集團被確定為小許家至港溝高速中標候選人，中標金額23.78億元。
5.東青高速中標情況。2021年12月，公司子公司路橋集團作為牽頭方，與聯合方山東魯東路橋有限責任公司、山東宏昌路橋集團有限公司被確定為東青高速中標候選人，聯合體中標金額74.77億元。
按照臨滕高速、高商高速、小許家至遙牆機場高速、小許家至港溝高速、東青高速招標人要求，公司中標子公司擬以自有資金或指定第三方出資的形式合計最高出資19.89億元認購指定的濟南山高靈犀七號投資中心(有限合夥)(簡稱“靈犀七號”)的有限合夥人份額。
公司各子公司擬出資認購靈犀七號最高不超過19.89億元的有限合夥份額，出資完畢後，靈犀七號將以其出資作為有限合夥人參與濟南弘嘉投資合夥企業(有限合夥)(簡稱“濟南弘嘉”)的出資。公司各子公司出資款擬最終用於各子公司中標項目的建設。
