山东路桥(000498.SZ)：子公司等中标临滕高速、高商高速、小许家至遥墙机场高速等项目
格隆汇3月11日丨山东路桥(000498.SZ)公布，2021年12月，山东高速路桥集团股份有限公司下属山东省路桥集团有限公司(简称“路桥集团”)等子公司经公开招投标分别被确定为临沂至滕州公路工程(简称“临滕高速”)、高青至商河公路工程(简称“高商高速”)、济南绕城高速东线小许家枢纽至遥墙机场段改扩建工程(简称“小许家至遥墙机场高速”)中标单位以及济南绕城高速小许家至港沟段改扩建工程(简称“小许家至港沟高速”)、东营至青州高速公路改扩建工程(简称“东青高速”)中标候选人。具体中标情况如下：
1.临滕高速中标情况。2021年12月，公司子公司路桥集团、山东高速工程建设集团有限公司(简称“工程建设集团”)、山东省高速养护集团有限公司(简称“养护集团”)、宁夏公路桥梁建设有限公司(简称“宁夏公路”)及聊城市交通发展有限公司(简称“聊城交发”)分别以独立中标或组成联合体中标的方式被确定为临滕项目中标单位，各子公司及子公司组成的联合体合计中标金额66.58亿元。
2.高商高速中标情况。2021年12月，公司子公司山东省公路桥梁建设集团有限公司(简称“公路桥梁集团”)、山东省滨州公路工程有限公司(简称“滨州公路”)分别被确定为高商高速中标单位，中标金额31.77亿元。
3.小许家至遥墙机场高速中标情况。2021年12月，公司子公司工程建设集团被确定为小许家至遥墙机场高速中标单位，中标金额13.46亿元。
4.小许家至港沟高速中标情况。2021年12月，公司子公司工程建设集团被确定为小许家至港沟高速中标候选人，中标金额23.78亿元。
5.东青高速中标情况。2021年12月，公司子公司路桥集团作为牵头方，与联合方山东鲁东路桥有限责任公司、山东宏昌路桥集团有限公司被确定为东青高速中标候选人，联合体中标金额74.77亿元。
按照临滕高速、高商高速、小许家至遥墙机场高速、小许家至港沟高速、东青高速招标人要求，公司中标子公司拟以自有资金或指定第三方出资的形式合计最高出资19.89亿元认购指定的济南山高灵犀七号投资中心(有限合伙)(简称“灵犀七号”)的有限合伙人份额。
公司各子公司拟出资认购灵犀七号最高不超过19.89亿元的有限合伙份额，出资完毕后，灵犀七号将以其出资作为有限合伙人参与济南弘嘉投资合伙企业(有限合伙)(简称“济南弘嘉”)的出资。公司各子公司出资款拟最终用于各子公司中标项目的建设。
