京東(09618.HK)績後在美股顯著下跌，中概股在美股顯著受壓。港股今日受影響向下。恆指低開430點，其後跌幅擴大，曾跌811點一度低見20,079，午後傳出中美雙方監管機構就審計監管合作磋商有望盡快達成共識，大市跌幅收窄，全日跌336或1.6%，收20,553點；國指跌195點或2.7%，收7,060點；恆生科技指數跌189點或4.3%，收4,246點。大市全日成交總額1,906.92億元，滬、深港通南下交易分別淨流入31.39億元及20.98億元人民幣。
京東(09618.HK)去年第四季淨損失52億人幣，全日股價跌11%報211.2元。阿里巴巴(09988.HK)跌5.5%報90.8元。遊戲工委指內地下月恢復發放網遊版號為不實消息，騰訊(00700.HK)跌4.5%報367.8元，網易(09999.HK)跌4.7%報129元。
美證交會列百濟、再鼎等五間中概股公司須提供證據免被除牌。百濟(06160.HK)及再鼎(09688.HK)各跌4.9%及6.3%。百勝中國(09987.HK)跌6%，其他中概股下滑，萬國數據(09698.HK)、華住(01179.HK)、寶尊電商(09991.HK)、攜程(09961.HK)及嗶哩嗶哩(09626.HK)各跌9.1%至13.6%，百度(09888.HK)跌4.8%。蔚來(09866.HK)跌7.9%。
市場關注內地投行能否在港擔任SPAC交易發起人，港交所(00388.HK)先跌後彈2.5%報346.6元。友邦(01299.HK)去年新業務價值按固定匯率計升18%勝預期，股價升近3.1%報77.25元。港鐵(00066.HK)去年虧轉盈賺95.52億元，全日股價逆升1.4%。
其他科技股方面，小米(01810.HK)升0.6%，美團(03690.HK)及快手(01024.HK)各跌6.1%及6.4%。內需及消費股股潤啤(00291.HK)、貓眼娛樂(01896.HK)及海底撈(06862.HK)各跌4.2%至5.1%，呷哺呷哺(00520.HK)、九毛九(09922.HK)及滔搏(06110.HK)各跌6.8%至7.8%。
其餘藍籌方面，匯控(00005.HK)跌0.6%報48.85元，濠賭股金沙中國(01928.HK)跌6.8%。申洲(02313.HK)及吉利(00175.HK)各跌逾3%。其他股份方面，俄鋁(00486.HK)回吐9.3%，五礦資源(01208.HK)跌5.5%。
