《大行報告》摩通上調交行(03328.HK)目標價至6元 評級「增持」
摩根大通發表研究報告,將交通銀行(03328.HK)2021至2023年盈利預測上調3%、3.4%及3.2%,以反映非利息收入表現向好及減值費用低於預期,目標價相應由5.75元上調至6元,維持「增持」評級。
摩通指,交行是僅有的兩家有能力在按揭市場獲得市場份額的國有銀行,其按揭貸款敞口低於監管上限,而其他大行均已超過上限,因此交行毋須像同業一樣放慢按揭貸款的增長速度,預期最近幾星期按揭貸款價格上漲將對交行淨息差和盈利前景產生積極影響。此外,市場利率下降及結構性存款減少亦將降低該行的融資成本。
