港股異動 | 香港本地地產股走強 禁追欠租保護期縮至3個月
格隆匯3月8日丨香港本地地產股走強,領展房產基金漲逾3%,新鴻基地產和長實集團等漲逾1%。香港特區新一份《財政預算案2022》將會立法暫緩業主向指定行業的租客追租或終止租約,為期3個月,最長6個月。香港財政司司長陳茂波昨日出席立法會工商事務委員會特別會議時宣佈,在聽取各界意見後,決定提出5項優化修訂,包括將追租期限,由當初最長6個月,減至3個月,之後不會再按情況延長3個月。
