麥迪衞康(02159.HK)預期年度純利減少約78%
格隆匯3月7日丨麥迪衞康(02159.HK)發佈公吿,對比截至2020年12月31日止年度錄得的綜合純利約人民幣2200萬元,公司預期截至2021年12月31日止年度將錄得綜合純利減少約78%。
董事會認為,有關綜合純利的預期減少主要是由於(i)毛利率下降,主要原因為提供線上醫療研討會及一般較其他服務錄得較低毛利率的線上病人教育服務產生的收入比例增加,以及集團為爭取具規模及信譽良好的客户而實施的競爭性定價策略;(ii)員工成本增加,與收入增加及集團的擴張策略一致;及(iii)集團於2021年6月25日根據受限制股份單位計劃向31名合資格參與者授予合共1517萬個受限制股份單位,以嘉許彼等對集團發展作出的貢獻,並激勵彼等進一步促進公司的發展,導致於本年度確認股份基礎補償開支約人民幣1400萬元。集團於截至2020年12月31日止年度並無錄得任何股份基礎補償開支。
