格隆汇3月7日丨煤炭板块高开低走,蒙古能源跌3%,盘中曾涨3%的中国神华跌2.4%,盘中一度涨5%的中煤能源转跌至1%。国家发改委副主任胡祖才今日在国新办新闻发布会上表示,做好能源保供稳价工作,保障能源安全,重点是做好煤炭保供稳价工作。下一步我们将全面实施好这项重大改革,确保改革措施落地见效。完善煤炭产供储销体系,提升供需调节能力,保障产能合理充裕,强化市场预期管理,引导煤炭价格在合理区间运行,完善煤、电价格传导机制,确保安全稳定供应。
