ST天馬(002122.SZ):天馬創投減持股份比例達到1%
格隆匯3月1日丨ST天馬(002122.SZ)公佈,2022年3月1日,公司收到持股5%以上股東天馬創投出具的《關於實施減持計劃累計減持天馬股份數量達1%的通知》,獲悉天馬創投自2021年9月28日披露《關於持股5%以上股東部分股份被司法拍賣的競拍結果暨持股變動超1%公吿》後至今,通過集中競價方式累計減持所持公司股份1096.60萬股,累計減持的權益變動比例為1.0004%。
此次變動後,天馬創投持有公司股份約1.1030億股,佔公司總股本的9.0903%。
