極光(JG.US)收購國內領先的郵件API平台SendCloud
2022年3月1日，中國深圳——中國領先的移動開發者服務提供商極光(Aurora Mobile，納斯達克股票代碼：JG)(以下稱“極光”或“公司”)今日宣佈已就收購武漢閃達科技有限公司(以下稱“閃達”)多數股權達成最終協議，閃達是中國領先的電子郵件API平台，提供消費者營銷和交易相關的電子郵件服務。該收購將完全以現金支付，極光還計劃向閃達的管理層授予股份獎勵。
極光董事長兼CEO羅偉東表示：“我們非常歡迎閃達成為極光大家庭的一員。極光是客户互動領域的先行者，提供包括移動APP、短信、微信公眾號、微信小程序、支付寶生活號、釘釘信息和企業微信等眾多渠道的客户互動服務，閃達是領先的郵件發送服務商，結合雙方優勢，我們將為不同行業的客户提供穩定高效的全渠道客户互動服務。隨着用户觸達需求的不斷提升，今天的客户已越來越倚重靈活的全渠道客户互動策略。憑藉雙方團隊綜合的專業經驗，我們有信心加快建設一站式整合平台為客户提供更好的客户互動服務解決方案。”

該交易預計將於2022年3月底前完成，但須符合慣例成交條件。尚無法保證該交易將在預計期限內完成，亦可能無法完成交易。謹請公司股東不要過分依賴本公吿做出決策。
