新城控股(601155.SH):未曾與黑石等機構洽談吾悅廣場及住宅項目出售事宜
針對網傳「新城將逐步出售旗下吾悅廣場及住宅項目,保留商管,未來將拓展輕資產項目,目前正在談判的機構包括黑石、樟樹、大悅城(000031.SZ)、領展(00823.HK)等」消息,據《澎湃新聞》引述新城控股(601155.SH)對此回應稱消息不實。新城控股表示,目前公司經營正常、財務狀況穩定,未曾與該等機構洽談過吾悅廣場及住宅項目出售事宜。
新城控股續指,公司秉承「住宅+商業」雙輪驅動的業務模式,吾悅廣場更是公司發展的重要一環。目前公司通過新加坡Reits(尚處於推進階段)、CMBS、經營性物業貸等形式嘗試將吾悅廣場輕資產化,進而有利於公司拓展融資平台並擴大投資者基礎,優化公司資產負債結構,兼有利於提高公司商業地產開發運營能力,實現公司長期可持續發展。(ta/u) ~
