智欣集團控股(02187.HK)盈警:預計年度溢利減少70%
格隆匯2月25日丨智欣集團控股(02187.HK)發佈公吿,截至2021年12月31日止年度,儘管收益與上年度相比只略有下降,預期集團的該年度溢利較上年度約人民幣6260萬元的溢利減少約70%。
公吿稱,相關溢利減少主要因為:(i)受COVID-19 疫情大流行以及年內惡劣天氣的天數增加的影響暫停和延誤了個別建築工程項目,導致收益略有下降;以及(ii)該年度銷售成本的顯著增加受環球大宗商品(如鋼鐵等)價格上漲影響導致預製混凝土構件的原材料成本增加及毛利潤率減少。
