星盛商業(06668.HK)盈喜:預計年度純利增長不少於40%
格隆匯2月22日丨星盛商業(06668.HK)發佈公吿,截至2021年12月31日止年度,集團預期該年度的公司擁有人應占利潤將有所增長,較2020年同期的(金額為人民幣1.268億元)增長不少於40%。
公吿表示,導致上述增長主要由於近年來開業的項目運營出色,以深圳福田星河COCO PARK(南區)為代表的項目在開業後業績增長顯著;及集團籌開項目及前期顧問諮詢項目數量顯著增加,令所提供定位、建築諮詢及租户招攬服務的收入預期錄得增長。
