卓能(集團)(00131.HK)預期中期收入大幅減少約8.47億港元
格隆匯2月17日丨卓能(集團)(00131.HK)發佈公吿,公司預期將會錄得於截至2021年12月31日止六個月的收入較上年同期大幅減少約8.47億港元。另外亦預期將會於期間錄得毛損約1000萬港元,而上年同期則錄得毛利約7.39億港元。
此外,預期集團將會錄得於期間公司擁有人應占虧損較上年同期大幅增加約5300萬港元。上述預期公司擁有人應占虧損增加乃以下各項因素共同影響的結果:(i)於期間內錄得毛損,而於上年同期內則錄得毛利;(ii)集團的投資物業於期間內的公允價值負變動較上年同期有所減少;及(iii)於期間內的所得税支出較上年同期有所減少。
