爪哇控股(00251.HK)擬將淺水灣地發展爲豪宅 作長期投資賺取租金
地政總署本星期二(15日)公佈,爪哇控股(00251.HK)以約11.9億元投得位於香港淺水灣南灣道的鄉郊建屋地段第1203號的用地。集團發公告,擬將該土地發展爲豪華住宅發展項目,作爲長期投資以賺取租金,監於該土地位於黃金地段及周邊地區良好的公共交通網絡,認爲該收購可提升投資物業組合,並帶來合理的租金收入。
