《大行報告》瑞信下調百勝中國(09987.HK)目標價至450元 評級「跑贏大市」
瑞信發表報告,指百勝中國(09987.HK)近期面臨壓力,但長期增長勢頭仍保持不變,予評級「跑贏大市」,H股目標價由504港元下調至450港元。
報告指,百勝中國去年末季銷售額和利潤率均未達到該行和市場預期,預計今年首季度表現繼續疲軟,但料在今年餘下時間內出現顯着復甦。同時預測2022和2023年的淨增店數分別爲1,200和1,300家,同店銷售增長分別爲4.8%和3.4%,純利預測就分別下調15%和10%。
