《大行報告》大摩下調本港今年零售銷售增長預測 由7%下修至1%
本港去年12月零售銷售升6.2%。摩根士丹利發表報告,指數據遠遜預期,增長可能會在今年上半年進一步放緩。大摩將本港2022年零售額預測下調至按年增長1%(原預期增長7%),因預計香港最近爆發的第五波疫情會推遲與內地通關時間至今年7月。
大摩估計,今年1月香港零售銷售將按年增長2%,自12月增長6%放緩。雖然在第五波和第四波之間採取了類似的社交距離措施,但政府指出,最新措施僅導致整體人流量減少20%,而在前幾波疫情這類措施令人流減少40%至50%。
