凱龍股份(002783.SZ)2021年度預虧3億-3.8億元
格隆匯2月4日丨凱龍股份(002783.SZ)公佈，預計2021年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損3億元-3.8億元，上年同期為盈利5034.26萬元；扣除非經常性損益後的淨虧損2.9億元-3.7億元，上年同期為盈利5049.2萬元。
本期預計淨利潤出現較大虧損，主要原因有：
(一)主要原材料價格大幅上漲
2021年，公司生產所需要的工業用煤、合成氨等主要原材料均出現大幅上漲，因原材料價格上漲對公司經營利潤產生了較大的不利影響。
(二)財務費用-利息支出大幅增加
公司2021年財務費用-利息支出因銀行貸款規模的增加而大幅增加，進而導致公司2021年經營利潤下降。
(三)計提大額資產減值準備
1、商譽減值準備
公司財務部門對各資產組商譽減值進行了初步測試，判斷貴定縣順翔危險貨物運輸有限公司與黔南州安平泰爆破工程有限公司、貴州萬和爆破工程有限公司與貴州和興運輸有限公司、畢節市貴鈴爆破工程及監理有限公司與興宙爆破及貴州興宙運輸有限公司、吳忠市安盛民爆有限公司與吳忠市天力民爆器材專營有限公司、京山凱龍礦業有限公司、葫蘆島淩河化工集團有限公司、山東天寶化工股份有限公司、山東凱樂化工有限公司8個資產組存在商譽進一步減值跡象，8個資產組2021年預計需要計提商譽減值準備3億元至3.4億元，預計減少公司2021年合併報表歸屬於母公司股東淨利潤2.55億元至2.89億元。
2、固定資產減值準備
(1)公司孫公司京山花山礦業有限公司所屬花山採礦點預計剩餘開採期1-2年，礦山開採完畢後，部分採礦專用設備、構築物難以重新利用，將不再具有使用價值，存在減值跡象。同時，目前賬面無形資產-採礦權因剩餘開採期較短，存在減值跡象。經公司財務部門初步測算，公司孫公司京山花山礦業有限公司2021年預計需要計提固定資產及無形資產減值準備1000萬元至2000萬元，預計減少公司2021年合併報表歸屬於母公司股東淨利潤280萬元至560萬元。
(2)公司孫公司新疆天寶化工有限公司因市場原因長期處於停產狀態，其固定資產存在減值跡象，經公司財務部門初步測算，公司孫公司新疆天寶化工有限公司2021年預計需要計提固定資產減值準備2000萬元至4000萬元，預計減少公司2021年合併報表歸屬於母公司股東淨利潤670萬元至1340萬元。
(四)權益法核算的長期股權投資出現較大虧損。
馬克西姆化工(山東)有限責任公司系一家由公司子公司山東天寶化工股份有限公司與西班牙馬克薩姆國際有限公司、威海裕博強投資有限公司共同出資成立的聯營企業，山東天寶化工股份有限公司持有該聯營企業38.90%股權。該聯營企業重大在建工程項目水膠炸藥生產線與雷管生產線自2020年3月開始試生產，因各種原因，至今難以通過國家行業主管部門驗收，已出現在建工程大額減值跡象。經公司財務部門初步測算，因聯營企業馬克西姆化工(山東)有限責任公司出現資產減值，山東天寶化工股份有限公司本期預計需要計提權益法核算的聯營企業馬克西姆化工(山東)有限責任公司的長期股權投資虧損6000萬元至8000萬元，預計減少公司2021年合併報表歸屬於母公司股東淨利潤3600萬元至4800萬元。
