索菲亞(002572.SZ)2021年度淨利潤預降87.42%-91.61%
格隆匯2月3日丨索菲亞(002572.SZ)公佈,預計2021年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤1億元-1.5億元,同比下降87.42%-91.61%;歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤0.2億元-0.7億元,同比下降93.33%-98.09%。
2020年實現營業收入約83.53億元,預計2021年實現營業收入與上年同期相比,將增加16.71億元到20.88億元,比上年同期增長20%到25%。
公司2021年全渠道佈局和多品牌、全品類組合日臻完善,整裝渠道及米蘭納品牌發展尤為迅速,營業收入持續增長並突破百億大關。
淨利潤較上年同期下降主要原因有:1、2021年下半年公司大宗業務主要客户及其成員企業(“該客户”)到期商業承兑匯票遭遇大面積違約,向出票人提示兑付的票據均遭到拒付,而且該客户無法承諾具體的支付時點。截止至2021年12月31日,公司對該客户應收款項及發出商品餘額合計11.85億元,其中應收賬款餘額為4.62億元(含已逾期尚未兑付商業承兑匯票轉入應收賬款金額2.18億元),未到期商業承兑匯票餘額約3.41億元,預付購房款(以應收票據購買該客户房產)3.52億元,發出商品餘額為3016.32萬元。對於上述應收款項,公司將積極採取溝通協調、法律訴訟等方式催收。公司管理層對截至2021年12月31日該客户應收款項的可回收性、發出商品進行了分析評估,認為減值跡象明顯,擬對該客户計提特別信用減值損失。公司本期信用減值損失估計較上年同期增加約9億元。
2、2021年下半年,受原材料價格上升影響,公司生產成本上升,產品銷售價格沒有同步進行調整;另一方面公司也給與經銷商更大力度的支持,上述情形導致了公司毛利率下降。
3、公司繼續實施“全渠道,多品牌,全品類”的戰略,在營銷方面不斷增加投入,導致人工費用、差旅費等銷售費用持續增加,另外公司在2021年下半年也增加了廣吿費用和宣傳費用等市場費用的投入,為未來的業務發展做好準備。
