三聖股份(002742.SZ)2021年度預虧4.55億-5.35億元
格隆匯1月29日丨三聖股份(002742.SZ)公佈，預計2021年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損4.55億元-5.35億元，上年同期為盈利7343.68萬元；扣除非經常性損益後的淨虧損4.5億元-5.3億元，上年同期為盈利5163.17萬元。業績變動原因如下：
1、受國家政策及下游房地產行業影響建材板塊業績下降
公司建材板塊業務受國家“加強基礎設施建設項目管理”及“三道紅線”房地產宏觀調控等政策影響，項目建設增速放緩、行業競爭加劇；同時受原材料採購成本持續上漲等多因素影響，導致公司建材板塊毛利及毛利率均有較大降幅。
2、應收賬款及應收票據減值
2021年以來，特別是第四季度，受“三道紅線”等房地產宏觀調控政策影響，公司建材板塊下游房地產開發公司出現資金流動性不足的問題。建材板塊部分房地產開發項目出現收款困難加大，拖欠嚴重的情況，應收賬款回收風險和應收票據兑付風險明顯增加。公司預計增加信用減值損失約1.2億元至1.5億元。
3、石膏礦相關資產減值
公司石膏礦採礦權礦區位於重慶市北碚區茅庵自然保護區內，按《重慶市人民政府辦公廳關於印發2018年自然保護區和“四山”管制區礦業權退出工作方案的通知》要求，開採石膏礦行為被暫停。公司自暫停開採以來積極與各級政府部門溝通協調，希望通過恢復礦產開採、調整礦區範圍等方式延續石膏礦採礦權。截止目前，採礦許可證延續申請仍未獲得重慶市北碚區人民政府及相關部門的批准。如石膏不能自供，則需進行外購石膏，會顯著增加生產成本；且外購數量不穩定，致使生產線產能利用率不足，無法完全攤銷生產線固定資產折舊等費用。公司石膏礦涉及相關資產價值約2億元，預計形成資產減值損失約1.3至1.5億元；
4、海外資產減值
公司在非洲埃塞俄比亞設立子公司進行醫藥、新型建材項目投資，推動公司開拓非洲市場。自2021年第四季度以來，在埃塞俄比亞的內戰加劇和疫情擴散疊加影響下，政治風險和經營風險與日俱增。
(1)政治風險：埃塞俄比亞內戰區域已經擴散至首都附近，接近公司子公司生產經營場所。
(2)經營風險：自2021年以來海運費持續上漲、通貨膨脹率持續攀升，生產經營成本大幅提高，經營風險難以控制。
目前，公司埃塞俄比亞海外資產價值約2億元，預計形成資產減值損失約1至1.1億元。
