沃格光電(603773.SH)：2021年度預虧2500萬元-3000萬元
格隆匯1月26日丨沃格光電(603773.SH)披露2021年度業績預虧公吿，公司2021年度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤預計為-3000萬元至-2500萬元；公司2021年度歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤預計為-3530萬元至-3030萬元。業績預虧的主要原因系：
1、行業競爭加劇及原材料成本上升的影響
2021年度，公司第一事業部玻璃精加工業務訂單銷售量較上年度有較大提升，但由於受行業競爭加劇影響，銷售均價下降，加上原材料及人工成本上升，最終影響公司總體經營利潤。
2、資產減值損失的影響
受公司報吿期營業收入增長，應收賬款增加，根據公司會計政策，該年度應計提的信用減值準備有所增加；同時，受行業競爭加劇、產業技術迭代升級加快以及公司未來戰略佈局調整影響，公司根據實際情況，遵循會計謹慎性原則，為能夠更加公允、真實地反映公司的財務狀況、經營成果，對部分生產工藝不適用、效率較低的固定資產計提了一定的資產減值準備，各類資產減值準備的計提的減值損失總額約1600萬元。
3、戰略落地導致階段性成本增加的影響
2021年為公司產品轉型元年，公司未來重要戰略發展方向為努力推動光電顯示領域第三代顯示技術(MiniLED玻璃基背光及直顯)、UTG、3A蓋板技術商用。為此，公司為完善產業鏈佈局，於2021年完成收購深圳匯晨、東莞興為以及北京寶昂三家控股子公司，為公司後續的產品化戰略轉型提供助力，截至目前，公司控股子公司經營情況良好，但由於上述收購時間較短，相關效益未完全釋放，且上述收購款均為公司自有資金支付，資金收益減少約900萬元。
報吿期內，隨着公司戰略佈局不斷優化，持續引進所需高素質人才，同時公司加大了市場營銷、新業務拓展、新產品研發合作等方面的投入力度。受此影響，該年度人工薪酬、研發費用等費用支出有所增加，其中該年度研發費用較上年度增加約60%，影響報吿期歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約-5100萬元。
