中海外(00688.HK)斥近37億人幣向雅居樂(03383.HK)及世茂(00813.HK)購廣州亞運城共53%股權
中國海外發展(00688.HK)公布,向雅居樂(03383.HK)及世茂(00813.HK)分別收購合營公司廣州利合集團的約26.66%及26.67%股權,代價分別為18.44億及18.45億元人民幣。完成後,中海外於合營公司持股量由20%增至73.33%。
合營公司的主要資產為位於廣州市番禺區石樓鎮「廣州亞運城」商住混合式綜合體,總建築面積約為585萬平方米,地盤面積約為252.1萬平方米。目前,該物業約401.6萬平方米的建築面積已開發為住宅及商業單位以及停車場。餘下建築面積(約183.4萬平方米)仍在施工,而有關建設預期將於2025年底竣工。於目前,該綜合體約347.3萬平方米的建築面積(包括住宅及商業單元及車位)已出售。
