《全日總結》恆指升13點 本港地產及內需股受捧

美股道指期貨上升，美十年期國債孳息回落至1.8釐以下。港股反覆靠穩，恆指低開54點，早段曾倒升29點見24,982點，其後曾跌228點一度低見24,723點，尾市再度向上，全日升13點或0.05%，收24,965點；國指升25點或0.29%，收8,787點；恆生科技指數跌26點或0.44%，收5,870點。大市全日成交總額1,541.73億元，滬、深港通南下交易分別淨流入12.43億及19.94億元人民幣。
科技股方面，阿裏巴巴(09988.HK)跌3.3%報127.1元，騰訊(00700.HK)升0.7%報474.8元，美團(03690.HK)平收報238元，小米(01810.HK)升0.1%報18.92元，京東(09618.HK)升2.1%報306.2元，網易(09999.HK)趺3.2%報162.3元。
衆安在線(06060.HK)及汽車之家(02518.HK)各跌2.5%及3.8%，商湯(00020.HK)升3.5%報7.16元。旅遊網絡平臺見追捧，同程旅行(00780.HK)及攜程(09961.HK)各升5.8%及7.9%。手機相關股方面，瑞聲(02018.HK)股價跌5.7%報26.35元。
內房股碧桂園(02007.HK)擬溢價16%發行可換股債券淨籌38.6億元，股價跌2.9%報6.76元。恆大(03333.HK)指風險化解委員會擬增聘中介機構，助開展債務風險化解工作，該股跌0.6%。融創(01918.HK)升5%，龍湖(00960.HK)及富力(02777.HK)各升2.7%。本地地產股造好，新世界(00017.HK)升3.9%，恆地(00012.HK)、新地(00016.HK)、恆隆地產(00101.HK)及太古地產(01972.HK)各升2.4%至2.6%。
內需股普遍上揚，九毛九(09922.HK)升6.5%，潤啤(00291.HK)、農夫山泉(09633.HK)、海底撈(06862.HK)、維達(03331.HK)及泡泡瑪特(09992.HK)各升4.1%至4.8%，百威亞太(01876.HK)、貓眼娛樂(01896.HK)及百勝中國(09987.HK)及各升2.9%至3.2%。體育用品股安踏(02020.HK)及李寧(02331.HK)各升逾2%，滔搏(06110.HK)升3.4%。汽車股東風(00489.HK)升3.2%。濠賭股澳博(00880.HK)及金沙中國(01928.HK)各升2.2%及3.3%。
金融股方面，匯控(00005.HK)跌2.1%報53.25元，渣打(02888.HK)跌2.4%報53.4元，港交所(00388.HK)升1.4%報480.8元，友邦(01299.HK)高開4.3%後升幅收窄至0.1%報88.8元。
醫藥股復星醫藥(02196.HK)獲藥品專利池組織許可生產抗新冠口服藥「Molnupiravir」原料藥和成品藥，復星醫藥股價高開9.3%升幅收窄，全日升2.8%。
