內地經濟日報發文:從源頭管控內險業風險 引導險企理性發展重疾業務
內地《經濟日報》發文指出,從2022年一季度開始,《保險公司償付能力監管規則II》全面實施,標誌着從2017年9月開始的「償二代」二期工程建設順利完成。從長遠看,經過「規則Ⅱ」完善後的SARMRA評估體系將有效提升「規則Ⅱ」在機構自主風險管理激勵方面的整體表現,可從源頭上管控好保險業風險。
報道指,「償二代」在適應市場和可操作性方面具有明顯改善,在此次二期工程建設中,相關優勢得到進一步鞏固和加強,如在負債端上,針對國內市場重疾風險顯着上升的情況,增設重疾惡化因子,引導保險公司理性發展重疾業務,管控長期風險。「償二代」二期工程着重完善償付能力風險管理要求(SARMRA)的評估規則和程序,提升保險公司自我風險管理能力,變「要我管控風險」爲「我要管控風險」。(ta/w) ~
