香港麥當勞向近1萬名員工發放1,000元抗疫利是 經理級提早加薪
香港麥當勞宣佈,疫情下晚市堂食再度暫停,但全港超過245間分店的前線及後勤員工依然緊守崗位,每天服務逾百萬名顧客,因此決定在農曆新年前向接近1萬名連續性合約員工派發每人1,000元的抗疫利是,合共派出接近1,000萬元。
同時,麥當勞餐廳的經理組別同事將提早加薪,由過往在4月份提前至1月份加薪,前線時薪員工薪金亦會因應工作表現及市場環境調整。
香港麥當勞行政總裁黎韋詩表示,感謝各位同事在過去兩年疫情中的付出,麥當勞近年積極推廣數碼轉型,現今麥當勞App已有逾300萬名註冊用戶。
