諾德股份(600110.SH):擬投建10萬噸銅箔材料新生產基地項目
格隆匯1月16日丨諾德股份(600110.SH)公佈,公司為順應新能源電池材料市場的快速發展,匹配客户迅速增長的規模,進一步提高市場佔有率,發揮產業規模化效應提升企業競爭力。公司與湖北省黃石市黃石經濟技術開發區管理委員會·鐵山區人民政府(“黃石經開區”)擬簽署《項目投資合同書》,投資建設諾德10萬噸銅箔材料新生產基地,該次項目註冊資本為35億元。公司為唯一出資方,公司享有項目所有權益。
該項目具有較好的市場前景和發展空間,順應了國家宏觀產業政策,響應了市場的急切需求,結合了當地的原材料優勢和周邊市場輻射以及企業自身產品優勢,促進企業加速發展,符合公司業務發展戰略。此次投資事項已經公司第九屆董事會第四十八次會議審議通過,尚需提交股東大會審議。
