格隆匯1月11日丨三人行(605168.SH)公佈2021年年度業績預增公吿,經財務部門初步測算,預計2021年年度實現營業收入35億元至37億元,與上年同期相比,將增加6.92億元到8.92億元,同比增加24.66%到31.78%。

公司預計2021年年度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤5億元到5.1億元,與上年同期相比,將增加1.37億元到1.47億元,同比增加37.81%到40.56%。

預計2021年年度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤4.57億元到4.67億元,與上年同期相比,將增加1.10億元到1.20億元,同比增加31.72%到34.60%。

業績預增的主要原因:

(一)主營業務影響

報吿期內,公司錨定業績增長目標不放鬆,克服疫情衝擊和複雜市場環境影響,持續提升整合營銷服務水平,通過成功拓展新的頭部客户,進一步強化公司的客户服務能力和盈利水平。

報吿期內,新增華潤集團旗下怡寶、雪花、喜力、海天味業等快速消費品客户,醫美行業的頭部企業鉅子生物等新消費客户,國家體育總局體育彩票管理中心客户,郵儲銀行、民生銀行等金融行業頭部優質客户,結合熱點專題、廣吿大片、節日限定、跨界營銷等新玩法,成功為客户打造“1+1>2”的營銷效果,並爭取了更多新增客户預算。公司繼續落實開拓汽車行業整合營銷業務的發展戰略,憑藉專業的整合營銷服務能力中標了東風本田2022年度網絡廣吿投放代理項目,並中選為一汽豐田全新車型提供品牌宣傳和傳播等營銷服務。中標該等營銷預算規模較大的頭部汽車客户,既保證了公司2021年度業績增長,也為公司2022年度及後續業務發展打開了全新的局面,為持續的業績增長奠定了基礎。

同時,繼續挖掘原有消費品、電信運營商、金融、汽車等行業頭部客户的深層營銷預算,充分發揮公司整合營銷優勢,通過對客户營銷需求的深刻理解及對其產品營銷亮點的精準把握,結合公司合作的頭部互聯網媒體、強勢户外媒體、新興媒體及新增的央視廣吿投放渠道,輸出優質創意內容,有效觸達廣吿受眾,構建科學高效的營銷方法論,以保障原有大客户粘性和滿意度不斷提高,促進形成大客户廣吿投放規模效應,將可持續驅動公司取得更多存量大客户的增量預算,保持業績繼續大幅增長的態勢。

因疫情防控要求,對公司線下業務開展產生一定影響,公司積極調整了業務開展思路,在國家政策允許的範圍內科學集約開展校園媒體營銷服務和場景活動業務,促進公司的校園媒體營銷業務和場景活動營銷等線下業務保持了明顯增長的態勢,保證了穩定的利潤水平。

(二)其他影響

2020年起,公司通過對優質標的的專業分析,開拓產業投資和科學穩健的財務投資業務,為公司新賽道的方向進行積極佈局探索,實現公司外延式發展,以增強公司的資金使用效率和盈利能力。2021年度取得的分紅收益以及公允價值變動損益預計增加3000.00萬元至4000.00萬元,計入非經常性損益。
