華信金融投資(01520.HK)與青島威鼎體育用品在潮流服飾市場互相建立戰略合作關係
格隆匯1月10日丨華信金融投資(01520.HK)公吿，於2022年1月10日，公司與青島威鼎體育用品有限公司訂立合作協議，以(其中包括)在潮流服飾市場互相建立戰略合作關係。
青島威鼎為於中華人民共和國成立的公司，主要從事潮流及運動服飾及配飾產品的研發、生產及銷售。其先後獲得山東省着名商標及青島市着名商標，並已通過ISO9001資質認證。青島威鼎按照國家行業標準建立了嚴格的內控質量管理體系，包括供應商管理、設計開發質量管理、生產質量管理、儲運質量管理、銷售質量管理，以滿足消費者需求。
公司與青島威鼎共同制定合作計劃，確定具體合作項目，並據此確定各自的實施工作。根據合作協議，雙方須：(i)對潮流服飾的知識產權及潮流服飾產品進行深入研究及開發；(ii)協調資源、銷售渠道及營銷活動，提升市場競爭優勢；(iii)共享客户資料，互相推薦客户及向對方的客户提供有關引入及推廣產品的服務；以及(iv)在潮流服飾市場共同開發新產品、新業務及新商業模式。
根據合作協議，雙方須互相推廣及推薦(i)第三方時尚服飾訂單；(ii)非服飾類潮流品牌衍生產品應用於對方品牌；(iii)其他品牌與對方品牌的跨界合作。在達到一定銷售額及相應毛利率的條件下，受薦人須根據服飾訂單的成功簽約金額向推薦人支付推薦費。雙方亦須相互推廣及推薦對方潮流服飾訂單中採用的知識產權("IP")，並在達到一定銷售額及相應毛利率的條件下，由受薦人根據相關服飾訂單的合約金額向推薦人支付IP授權費。此外，青島威鼎將向本公司推廣其自有品牌"威鼎"的訂單，並按最終零售價向本公司提供折扣合約價。
集團主要從事服飾產品的設計、製造及貿易以及提供貸款融資服務。集團的服飾產品可分為兩大類，即貼牌產品與自有品牌產品。貼牌產品是按本集團客户擁有或指定的私有品牌設計製造的產品，而自有品牌產品則是在本集團專屬品牌名下設計和製造的產品。服飾界的近期發展已將重點轉向理解潮流文化的年輕一代市場。
因此，集團旨在把握機遇，開發時尚文化服飾產品，並一直積極物色新商機以擴展其服飾設計、製造及貿易業務，在專注製造自有品牌女裝產品的基礎上更多元化發展，成為全方位潮流服飾產品製造商，同時挖掘男士及年輕人市場。此外，本集團亦考慮開發多類新服飾及服飾相關產品組合，包括特殊用途服飾、制服、個人防護服及使用新物料的新服飾產品。
董事認為，合作協議可讓本集團利用青島威鼎管理團隊在男女運動服飾市場的設計經驗及市場知識，擴大集團於該等市場分部的業務。公司亦可以共享客户資料，深入瞭解市場及打開新銷售渠道。此外，集團亦可利用青島威鼎擁有的IP開發跨界服飾潮流產品，豐富本集團產品的種類。
董事認為，訂立合作協議為集團發展其服飾製造業務的戰略舉措，並構想與青島威鼎進行長期合作，以把握中國潮流服飾市場的機遇。
自2022年1月10日起，周怡冰已獲委任為公司首席創意官。
