中原地產去年業績升22%至54億元創新高
中原地產表示,2021年創出54億元業績,其中住宅部佔46.8億元,兩者皆創中原地產歷史新高,分別較2020年升22%及20%。工商鋪市道於2021年迅速復甦,業績較2020年升53%,錄5.87億元。
展望2022年,期望新冠疫情受控,通關有望,物業市場相信可較2021年理想,中原地產訂下2022年營業目標,住宅部目標54億元,工商鋪目標6.72億元;中原地產2022年目標63億元,較2021年業績升近17%。
