2021年民銀資本控股有限公司(簡稱“民銀資本”，股票代號：1141.HK)債券承銷業務在管理層高度重視和領導下持續穩步增長，再創佳績。民銀資本2021年全年共承銷債券數量超160筆，承銷規模近600億美元，幣種涵蓋美元、歐元、港幣、新加坡幣、英鎊，發行人覆蓋大型銀行、非銀金融機構、央企、大型地方國有企業、地產等主要發行板塊，在承銷數量和承銷規模上已躋身中資銀行投行系領先地位。按照彭博資訊官方排名，按中國民生銀行合併口徑(民銀資本及民生銀行香港分行)統計，中國民生銀行在中資離岸債券(Offshore China Bond)承銷數量上排名第四，並在承銷規模躋身中資離岸債券市場前十名，較2020年提升了十三位。按照SereS中資美元債平台官方統計，民銀資本2021年境外債券承銷在中資承銷商中排名第十位，在中資銀行投行系中排名第二位。民銀資本通過不斷提升市場敏鋭度和營銷實力，洞察複雜多變的市場環境，把握市場時機，加強業務聯動和重要板塊客户營銷工作，持續不斷地夯實自身實力並打響品牌。

2021年，民銀資本不斷鋭意進取，着力央企發行人和大型金融機構境外債券承銷業務的拓展，並取得了喜人的成績，在中石化、中化香港、中國銀行、中信銀行、中國信達的境外債承銷上均取得了突破。民銀資本在不斷拓展債券承銷業務的同時，更加註重承銷主體的信用資質。2021年民銀資本承銷的投資級債券佔承銷總規模的70%以上，較2020年有進一步提升，且不乏多元化客户覆蓋，包括央企及其附屬公司、銀行、證券公司及資產管理公司，其中的一些高質量發行人包括中石化、中化香港、中國電力建設、中國藍星、越秀地產、越秀房託、中航國際、中海外宏洋、工商銀行、中國銀行、農業銀行、中信銀行、興業銀行、浦發銀行、中信建投證券、海通證券、國泰君安證券、華泰證券、光大銀行、浙商銀行、中航國際租賃、浙江吉利控股、北京保障房、北京環境衞生集團、北京汽車等。
