《大行報告》匯豐研究下調九龍倉置業(01997.HK)評級至「減持」 降目標價至33.2元
匯豐研究發表研究報告指,對九龍倉置業(01997.HK)的盈利復甦前景變得更加謹慎,並將投資評級由「持有」下調至「減持」,指出香港政府宣佈自7日凌晨起收緊防疫措施,以應對疫情最新變化,預期將進一步延遲與內地免隔離通關的可能性很大,現時情況較早前預期的逐步開放更差。
該行指出,由於九倉置業租賃業務及盈利復甦的步伐高度依賴於旅客消費,估計零售和酒店業務風險敞口達69%
匯豐研究將九龍倉置業目標價由41元下調至33.2元,對應折讓由44%提升至53%,預計香港奢侈品零售市場需要更長時間纔可復甦,將2021至2023年盈利預測下調2%至4.4%,建議投資者重新調整對公司盈利復甦的預期。
