新五豐(600975.SH):將獲得徵收補償費、搬遷獎勵共8150.81萬元
格隆匯12月29日丨新五豐(600975.SH)公佈,公司下屬分公司湖南新五豐股份有限公司湘鄉分公司(“湘鄉分公司”)的房屋及土地(包括構築物、其他附屬物)實施依法徵收,徵收實施部門為湘鄉市優化人居環境事務中心,公司將獲得徵收補償費、搬遷獎勵共計8150.81萬元。
公司擬與此次徵收實施部門湘鄉市優化人居環境事務中心簽署《湘鄉市國有土地上房屋徵收補償協議書》,其中房屋徵收補償費用合計人民幣7769.34萬元,按期搬遷獎勵人民幣381.47元,共計為8150.81萬元。
