《新股消息》環龍控股(02260.HK)今起招股 入場費2,909.02元
造紙毛毯製造商環龍控股(02260.HK)公布招股詳情,計劃發售1.14億股,香港公開發售佔1成,國際配售佔9成,招股價介乎1.22至1.44元。該股今日(29日)起招股,下周一(1月3日)中午截止,預期1月11日掛牌。每手2,000股,一手入場費2,909.02元。獨家保薦人為民銀資本。
該股引入富匯創新創業投資管理董事龔朝暉及廣東科倫藥業主席陳雄作為基石投資者,合共認購4,000萬元公司股份。
如以招股價中間價1.33元計,公司是次上市淨集約1.02億元,擬將40%用於於購買機器以就產能擴大計劃的第二階段升級上海生產基地及成都生產基地;20%用於加強研發能力;10%用於尋求策略性收購;20%用於償還若干未償還的銀行借款從而減少公司債務;10%用於營運資金及其他一般企業用途。
