建發物業(02156.HK)完成向兩名承配人配售1.31億股
格隆匯12月23日丨建發物業(02156.HK)宣佈，配售事項於2021年12月23日完成。
於2021年12月23日，合共1.313億股配售股份已按配售價每股配售股份4.16港元成功配售予兩名承配人，即(i)Cederberg Capital Limited，其認購9380萬股配售股份；及(ii)Ocean Link Management Ltd.，其認購3750萬股配售股份。
Cederberg Capital Limited為一家總部設於倫敦的另類投資基金管理公司，由英國金融行為監理局及美國證券交易委員會授權及規管。Cederberg Capital Limited為Cederberg Capital (Cayman)的獨立全資附屬公司，Cederberg Capital (Cayman)由多數僱員擁有，並由其唯一主要股東Dawid Krige先生最終擁有約64%權益。
Ocean Link Management Ltd.為Ocean Link Partners Fund, L .P .的一般合夥人，併為Cassini Partners L .P .的投資經理及或有利益合夥人以及擁有2294.3萬股股份權益的現有股東。Ocean Link Partners Fund, L .P .為一家於美利堅合眾國註冊成立的有限合夥企業。Ocean Link Management Ltd.由Steven Shen先生和Richard Li先生分別擁有其65%及35%權益 。於2021年11月30日，Ocean Link Partners Fund,L .P .的有限合夥人數目為89名，概無Ocean Link Partners Fund, L .P . 合夥人佔該基金資本30 %或以上權益。Cassini Partners L .P .為一家於美利堅合眾國註冊成立的有限合夥企業。Ocean Link Management Ltd.管理下的Cassini Partners L .P .的資產約為5.20億美元。
所得款項淨額分配作以下用途：(a)70%將用作目前業務發展的一般營運資金，特別是集團全新及即將進行的管理項目的開支；(b)30%將用作收購的儲備，乃由於上市物業管理公司透過併購積極擴大其物業組合已成為一個行業常態，而收購相同業務的公司為集團提供直接及有效的途徑以提高其整體競爭力。
