中國春來(01969.HK):天平學院斥1.8億人幣南京購地建新院校
中國春來(01969.HK)公布,其參與營運的天平學院,以代價1.8億元人民幣(約2.2億港元),向南京市規劃和自然資源局高淳分局,收購目標土地的土地使用權,以興建和開發一所新院校。新學校暫稱之為「南京學校」。
目標土地位於高職園寧高新通道以東及緯二路北側,其土地使用權所涉及總面積約為31.57萬平方米。應就目標土地授出之土地使用權年期為50年,作教育用途。
