格隆匯12月15日丨中金嶺南(000060.SZ)公佈，2021年12月15日公司收到韶關市公共資源交易中心簽發的《成交確認書》（No:GTCR2100050、No:GTCR2100051、No:GTCR2100052 、 No:GTCR2100053 、 No:GTCR2100054 、No:GTCR2100055 、 No:GTCR2100056 、 No:GTCR2100057 、No:GTCR2100058 、 No:GTCR2100059 、 No:GTCR2100060 、No:GTCR2100061 、 No:GTCR2100062 、 No:GTCR2100063 、No:GTCR2100064 、 No:GTCR2100065 、 No:GTCR2100066 、No:GTCR2100067、No:GTCR2100068），分別競得宗地編號為（2021A54、2021A55、2021A60、2021A56、2021A53、2021A57、2021A58、2021A59、2021A70、2021A67、2021A68、2021A69、2021A62、2021A63、2021A61、2021A66、2021A64、2021A65、2021A71）地塊宗地的土地使用權，合計金額人民幣139205萬元。
宗地一，土地位置：韶關冶煉廠九公里生產區域；使用年限：50年；用地性質：工業用地；土地面積：1060697 平方米；容積率：≥0.7；土地成交金額：35827萬元。
宗地二，土地位置：韶關冶煉廠九公里、三村和四村生活區；使用年限：商業40年、住宅70年；用地性質：商業服務業設施用地(B)；二類居住用地R2(兼容商業服務業設施用地B)；土地面積：354256平方米；容積率：SY0104A-06號地塊：容積率≤1.8，商業比例100%；SY0101A-05號地塊：容積率≤3.0，商業比例100%；其他6宗地塊：容積率≤3.0，5%≤商業比例≤10%；土地成交金額：103378萬元。
此次土地競拍成功將有利於公司貫徹落實“廠區變園區、產區變城區”試點方案的需要，有利於貫徹落實公司“十四五”發展規劃，有利於提高上市公司資產的完整性。項目建成後，為公司後續大發展奠定基礎，符合公司戰略發展需要。
