川控股(01420.HK)向控股股東租入新加坡物業
川控股(01420.HK)公佈,於昨日(14日),附屬川林建築向由控股股東林桂廷擁有65%權益及其配偶俞雪麗擁有35%權益的Hulett Construction,租入位於新加坡的倉庫、工作間、生產場地、配套辦公室、工
人宿舍和重型汽車泊車位,自2022年1月1日起至2023年12月31日止,爲期兩年。
川林建築根據租賃協議向Hulett Construction支付之月租爲6.48萬新加坡元。
