PALADIN(00495.HK)購置土地協商停止 變更所得款項用途至營運資金
PALADIN(00495.HK)公佈,公司早前擬將公開發售集資所得款項之780萬元用於購置土地,及3,900萬元用於設施建設。由於受冠狀病毒疫情影響,有關購置之協商受到影響並已停止。
公司指,所涉土地位於越南,原定由公司購置以供公司於芬蘭註冊成立及管理之附屬使用。由於擬由專門用於設施建設之3,900萬元撥資之設施擬建於購置協商已停止之土地上,故該等設施無法再按用途使用。鑑於冠狀病毒疫情造成之不確定性,公司已決定將公開發售所得款項用途變更爲一般營運資金。
