據報阿里(09988.HK)推7天全薪陪伴假等 升級多項員工福利
《新京報貝殼財經》引述阿里巴巴(09988.HK)內部消息報道,集團在內網公布多項針對員工關懷的「暖心計劃」,包括多項員工福利升級。
公司響應國家號召延長產假,並為子女三周歲以內的員工提供10天全薪育兒假,並推出7天全薪陪伴假以陪伴家人。還推出長期服務假,工作每滿十年即可享受20天全薪假期。另外,將員工每年的集體出遊費用(Outing)提升至每年人均1,200至1,800元人民幣(下同)。為員工新增每月800至1,200元的交通補貼,取消原有的晚間交通安排,鼓勵綠色錯峰出行。
阿里還將試行靈活辦公制度,允許員工每周最多一天時間自由選擇辦公地點,以便員工在惡劣天氣、突發情況或需要兼顧家庭事務時,可自行決定地方工作。
