重慶江北區市場監管局約談美團(03690.HK)及餓了麼
內媒報道,重慶江北區市場監管局召集兩家網絡外賣平台美團(03690.HK)及阿里巴巴(09988.HK)旗下餓了麼片區負責人,開展落實網絡外賣平台責任行政指導會。當局於會上通報平台履行主體責任等方面存在的問題,並聽取負責人相關工作情況,對平台落實主體責任、完善消費者投訴機制、加強外賣送餐員培訓等方面提出具體的工作要求。
江北區市場監管局表示,未來將進一步督促網絡外賣平台履行主體責任,切實保障消費者網絡訂餐服務食品安全和送餐員的合法權益。
