成都路橋(002628.SZ)：根據生產經營工作需要 擬增加經營範圍
格隆匯12月13日丨成都路橋(002628.SZ)公佈，公司於2021年12月13日召開第六屆董事會第三十四次會議，審議通過了《關於變更經營範圍及修訂公司章程的議案》， 並提請公司2021年第二次臨時股東大會審議。
公司根據生產經營工作需要，擬增加經營範圍，同時按照四川省市場監督管理局轉發的《市場監管總局辦公廳關於提升信息化水平統一規範市場主體登記注冊工作的通知》(市監注[2020]85號)要求，公司經營範圍變更後的表述需按照總局經營範圍規範目錄重新進行登記。現對公司經營範圍進行修訂和規範化表述，變更情況具體如下：
公司變更前的經營範圍：公路、橋樑、隧道、市政工程、給排水工程、交通安全設施、機電通訊、綠化、公路維護保養、園林綠化工程、水利水電工程、機場場道工程；項目投資(不得從事非法集資、吸收公眾資金等金融活動)及項目建設管理服務；工程機械、建築材料租賃，工程機械、車輛維修；生產出售商品混凝土、商品砂漿(限分支機構經營)，提供混凝土運輸和泵送服務。承包境外公路工程及境內國際招標工程及所需設備材料出口、對外派遣實施上述境外工程所需的勞務人員。房屋建築施工、勘測設計。(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動)。
根據經營範圍規範表述查詢系統(試用版)的查詢，公司變更後的經營範圍為：建設工程施工、建設工程勘察、建設工程設計、公路管理與養護、園林綠化工程施工、工程管理服務、租賃服務(不含許可類租賃服務)、建築工程機械與設備租賃、機動車修理與維護、建築材料銷售、以自有資金從事投資活動、道路貨物運輸(不含危險貨物)、對外承包工程、對外勞務合作、貨物進出口、住宅室內裝飾裝修、承接總公司工程建設業務、金屬結構銷售、水泥製品銷售、砼結構構件銷售、土地整治服務、土石方工程施工、農村集體經濟組織管理、諮詢策劃服務、企業形象策劃、市場營銷策劃、項目策劃與公關服務、旅遊開發項目策劃諮詢、規劃設計管理、政策法規課題研究、社會經濟諮詢服務、信息諮詢服務(不含許可類信息諮詢服務)、工程造價諮詢業務、農村民間工藝及製品、休閒農業和鄉村旅遊資源的開發經營、集中式快速充電站、建設工程質量檢測、光伏設備及元器件銷售、光伏發電設備租賃、發電業務、輸電業務、供(配)電業務、電氣安裝服務、普通機械設備安裝服務。
