JBB BUILDERS(01903.HK)：預計中期收益至少為去年同期的六倍
格隆匯12月13日丨JBB BUILDERS(01903.HK)公佈，於截至2021年10月31日止四個月，集團錄得收益約1.583億林吉特，較截至2020年12月31日止六個月的約3460萬林吉特大幅增加。收益大幅增加主要是由於與2020年同期相比，海上運輸合約所產生的運砂量大幅增加，但被樓宇及基礎設施服務工作量有所減少所抵消。集團預計於截至2021年12月31日止六個月的收益將至少為於截至2020年12月31日止六個月收益的六倍。
董事會預期海上運輸合約將很可能為集團於近期未來貢獻穩定收益，並導致收益較截至2021年6月30日止年度增加。自截至2021年6月30日止年度至公吿日期，集團已獲授4份合約，原合約總額約為5040萬林吉特，其中包括來自一名新客户授予的一份與海砂供應和砂石處理有關的海上建築合約，金額約為4720萬林吉特，預計將於截至2022年6月30日止年度前完成。另一方面，集團自2021年10月起開展船用油買賣業務，並認為該船用油買賣業務可有助擴大海上運輸價值鏈上的商機及改善集團利潤。於2021年10月，該集團從這項船用油買賣業務中產生約5.1百萬林吉特的收益。集團預計，來自船用油買賣業務的收益日後將為本集團帶來穩定的收益。
由於如上述收益增加，於截至2020年10月31日止四個月錄得毛利，而2020年同期則錄得毛損。然而，集團預計於截至2021年12月31日止六個月的毛利率將不會高於5%，主要由於市場競爭加劇導致訂立較過往年度所完成合約價值較低的合約、分包成本增加及填海及相關工程分部持續產生固定直接成本。
於截至2021年10月31日，逾期超過一年的應收貿易賬款約為3250萬林吉特。因此，已於2021年10月31日就相關貿易應收款項確認貿易應收款項減值虧損撥備約650萬林吉特。根據與客户的最新討論，集團預計大部分該等應收款項的收回將進一步延遲。因此，預期應收賬款及合約資產的預期信貸虧損之虧損撥備因客户應收賬款賬齡過長而將進一步增加。若該等貿易應收款項無法在2021年12月31日之前收回，則預計於2021年12月31日須進一步增加確認貿易應收款項減值虧損撥備約480萬林吉特。儘管如此，集團以公司及股東的整體最佳利益行事，繼續與各客户協商追討債務的方法，考慮包括但不限於分期付款安排、透過轉讓土地和物業的方式清償及法律程序。
